Lost/Missing Packages

Essential Stockist will not be liable for theft or misplaced items, in these instances the shipping carrier can be contacted directly with the tracking number provided. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the original order that was made.

Shipping Times

Essential Stockist partners with fulfilment warehouses & delivery partners in most major cities. Our shipping partners include FedEx, USPS and AUSPOST.

For some delivery partners, it may take up to 2-3 business days for the tracking information to be uploaded on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
