All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

To submit a return request or if you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support within 7 days of the date of delivery. You will then have an additional 23 days to return your order to us. Returns outside of this 30 day period will not be accepted.
